PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier, weather or circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please contact us at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
