FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return shipping.
OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods provided the items are unopened and in their original condition. To exercise your right to cancel please contact us at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to return an unopened item you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked return service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the original delivery cost where you are returning your entire order.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
